Shipping & Return Policy


SHIPPING

Domestic Shipping is handled by USPS. All orders (priority and express) will be processed within 1-2 business days. This time frame excludes weekends and holidays.

Most orders arrive within 2-5 business days. Once the orders is processed, a confirmation email and tracking number will be sent.

RETURN POLICY

JBM has a NO REFUND policy. IF for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we will accept returns within 10 days for exchange and/or store credit only. All items must be in a new condition with original box/tags and packaging.

JBM will not be able to exchange any items without the original invoice and return slip.

All claims for damaged and defective products must be made within 5 days of delivery via email [email protected] 

**All clearance items, discounted items, and on-sale items are non-exchangable, non-returnable, and non-refundable.**
